Service Agreement

By using the services provided by Luxe Senior Downsizing (“Luxe,” “we,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services, including downsizing, move coordination, estate sale support, and real estate assistance. Use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Scope of Services

Luxe Senior Downsizing offers professional senior relocation services, including organizing, decluttering, move management, estate sale coordination, home setup, and licensed real estate representation. We work closely with clients and their families to create personalized plans that meet individual needs and timelines. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, property condition, and other factors.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Consultations must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in a fee to cover allocated resources and time. In the event of extreme weather, illness, or emergencies, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience.

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the scope of services. Some services require a deposit prior to project commencement, while others are billed upon completion. Real estate commissions follow standard brokerage guidelines and are outlined in your listing agreement. All payments must be made in a timely manner. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate information, maintain open communication, and disclose any limitations or special requests in advance. For real estate services, clients must provide access to the property for staging, showings, and inspections. Luxe is not liable for delays caused by a lack of client cooperation or unforeseen third-party issues.

Third-Party Providers

We may recommend or coordinate with third-party service providers such as movers, estate sale companies, or storage facilities. While we only refer trusted partners, Luxe is not liable for the actions, performance, or policies of any third-party vendor. Clients are encouraged to review contracts and insurance coverage with any third-party service.

Liability Disclaimer

While we take great care in handling your possessions and coordinating your transition, Luxe Senior Downsizing is not responsible for accidental damage, loss, or delays outside of our control. Our services are provided “as-is,” and we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes related to estate sales or real estate transactions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes have been made indicates acceptance of the new terms.
